Our collaborative team approach of working with
our clients (owners, architects, developers, equipment
suppliers, and contractors) combined with a structured
discovery and quality processes, avoids the missed-opportunities
that plague many projects.
Our growth is sustained primarily through the
repeat business we enjoy with our clients. We
continue to develop our processes that assure
on time delivery of a quality design. At our last
measure, June 2002, we have been on time for 98.5
percent of our projects and 91.6 percent of our
business is through our existing clients.
